Just to truly channel the spirit of the old place I thought I would race everyone to start the 'daily thread' I'm skipping breakfast but I may go for a poo shortly.
There. That should be dull enough...

Dull indeed! Lol I'm waiting for my courtesy car, then going for a drive to make sure I'm alright driving. Then doing some sorting round the house. Mines pretty dull too!

paperwork for work that I didn't have time to finish on Friday before the facilities team wanted to lock up.
Cooked brunch.
Had a discussion (that was a repeat discussion because my memory is actually that bad) about a Christmas cake that I don't really want to make because the recipient wants the Simpsons on it - I mean really? The Simpsons?? On a Christmas cake?..... Heyho...
Did three lots of washing (again)
Cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom.
Played Sims 4 for a while then cooked dinner.
Now waiting for "I'm a celeb"

Today.. Monday I had my other two granddaughters over for the day. Cerys and Imogen were good for Nana! Apart from cook, clean, housework and play with the girls I've done very little

Tuesday... came out of dropping Scarlett off at school to the aftermath of a big car accident which my friend was behind the wheel and at fault she was crouched on the floor with her 6yr old beside her, clutching her chest... front of the car totalled and stuff flowing from underneath the car infront was going to pull into the space beside her, my mate went to go around her and momentarily looked down at something that dropped while doing this manoeuvre and at the same time the woman in front had changed her mind on the space and BOOM my mate ploughed into the car and knocked it on into a kid who had decided to run across the road at the same time (they always do it to moving traffic outside the secondary school gates) so the car in front hit the girls hip... ambulance and police arrive, kid is checked out and all is ok just a bump thankfully but my mate had issues trying to breathe so got taken to hosp and has just been discarged now with very very bruised and sore chest where she hit the steering wheel - the airbags didn't go off - her nipper in the back of the car and sat next to the spare tyre they had in there has his face bashed and marked from the tyre, checked over and sent home with a family friend to rest.. bloody scarey seeing how wrecked the car is and my friend fighting for breath apart from that I went swimming with granddaughter #2 and Allie. my afternoon/eve will be spent winter cleaning... its like spring cleaning but in the winter... I have a desire to de-clutter and dump!
